HCT-3F Hatchetman

The Hatchetman is a strange and unusual sight on the 31st Century battlefields. The result of a joint effort between the infamous Dr. Banzai and Davion's New Avalon Institute of Science, the Hatchetman is the first new design to be produced in over 200 years. Featuring a hand-held melee weapon and a revolutionary cockpit escape system, the HCT-3F is the personification of Hanse Davion's drive to rediscover Star League lostech. This specific machine was given to one of the Davion favorites in the Solaris VII arena games as a brilliant PR move to show off the capabilities of the new design. The 'mech is still owned by Rabid VanDoorn, its original arena pilot.
