The fighting on Mira intensified today as reinforcements from Tikonov landed amidst the confusion Tikonov Reserves

to strike solid hits deep behind Davion lines. Unconfirmed reports of inter-Liao fighting continue to surface, but with no real evidence at this time. From what we can tell the two Capellan forces are operating independantly, the recent arrivals of Tikonov Reserves taking advantage of the chaos caused by their comrades.

On the other side, a mixed group of Davion forces lead by elements of the Argyle Lancers are organizing a fighting retreat to the small spaceport of Alice Flats--having already lost the capitol and most major industrial regions of the planet. It is estimated that the Lancers will hold off the invading forces long enough for surviving members of the Crusis Lancers and mercenary group Eridani Light Horse

to flee off-planet to a Steiner Invader-class JumpShip that recently arrived in the Miran system at well-defended Pirate-point. The Davions have stayed this long only to ensure that the major populations of the planet were able to make it to relative safety in Mira's more mountainous regions. If their units can make it off world, they are expected to be able to survive long enough to fall under the aerofighter-cover of the refuelling station at the pirate point and escape deeper into Davion space within the week.

Zooming in from the full map of the Inner Sphere we can see the area to be affected by these events. The red sections are Kuritan, blue Steiner, purple Marik, green Liao, and with yellow representing Davion held worlds. Terra is, of course, the neutrally-claimed territory of ComStar.

The situation on Tikonov is equally unclear. The invading units, bearing the symbols and codes of Davion's Davion's Aragon Borderers

Aragon Borderer's, seem to have left the system for their next conquest. A sizeable mercanary unit known as the Centauri Empire has landed Capellan-loyal troops virtually unapposed. They have secured many of the surviving industrial centers and are now proceeding to search for the Davions under the command of the new planetary-diem Irina Shishkova.

As quickly as they came, the Davion forces attacking Tikonov are again gone. The dark-painted 'mechs of the Aragon Borderer's, seem to have left the system for their next conquest. Whichever world this may be I wish them the best of luck, as the Davions appear to be unstoppable.

Recent landings of Liao mercenaries and troops have gone completely unapposed thus far. Even the civilian population has accepted the Capellan troops from Sarna with ease, and even outright affection. Lord Reiver Mollari, commander of the Sarnan forces, has begun simultaneous peace-keeping and search efforts for both Davion forces and the still-missing Pavel Ridzik.

Commander Irina Shishkova, while reluctant to follow orders from non-Tikonov nobility, has thus far bowed to the will of Lord Molarri. In a speach given today from the city center in Ridzia, she commented that the action was "for the good of Tikonov as a whole." It is unknown how long the Sarnan forces will be stationed on-planet, but his Lordship hinted in his own address that it would be "for the duration of the emergency."
