Evaritt Sector:

Historical Summary
Exploration and Colonization
Travel Advisory

------------------------------------------

Past the Greater Javin and beyond the Ghambeezi Drift lie the last frail wisps of the galaxy that exist before the great black void. There, at the far end of the Corellian Trade Spine, sit the colonies and the unexplored worlds of the Evaritt Imperial Exploration and Colonization Sector--more commonly known among spacers as the Evaritt Expanse.

Lightly settled by various races fleeing the nearby reign of Xim the Despot, the area that would later become the entryway to the Evaritt Expanse was loosly controlled by various Hutt factions for centuries. After the fall of the Mugaari to the forces of the Old Republic, the Greater Javin and areas rimward were open to exploration and were assimilated into the Republic proper. Nevertheless, the Evaritt region was largely ignored until the coming of the Clone Wars. The Republic fleet established a prominent ordinance and repair depot on the tropical world of Craade. Linking itself to the greater galaxy via a single tenuous hyperspace lane to the ancient Ghambeezi Drift Station, the Evaritt Expanse was still a very isolated region even until the rise of Palpatine.
