The Kustrhad are a culture of Norse-like pirates and raiders from the Knight Castle Productions RPG Aelstrom. Here they are flying the symbol of the Empire of Valcivivus in an attempt to close range with an unsuspecting merchant ship. And yes, I know that the ship is missing a crew and that the forsail is in the wrong position.
