Kuat STG-19 Lightrunner Hypersled

Two STG-19 Lightrunner Hypersleds General Ship Information:

The STG-19 Lightrunner Hypersled is well-known at starports around the galaxy. In continuous production and use for over 200 years, the Lightrunner has earned the nickname of "Old Trusty". Thanks to its spartan yet functional design, the STG-19 is easy to work on and repair--even by the most green of technicians. In addition, it's revolutionary quick-swap option mount system allows this shuttle to be retrofitted for a variety of missions in mere minutes. However, most owners simply use theirs as crew shuttles, passenger ferries, short-range cargo haulers and supply barges. The Lightrunner Hypersled is a staple of modern starport commerce, a role that it is likely to hold for decades to come.

* OPTION MOUNTS: The STG-19 is equipped with two quick-swap "option mounts" that allow the owner to slightly customize each of their craft. Lightrunners can carry any 2 of the following options: 1D shield generator, 1 Taim & Bak H4 Laser Cannon, 1 Kuat Intrasystem Class 13 Hyperdrive. This allows 5 possible (useful) combinations: Shield-Laser, Shield-Hyperdrive, Shield-Shield, Laser-Hyperdrive, and Laser-Laser. The STG-19's do not have the power to mount larger weapons or faster hyperdrives, and no known "bomber" variants exist due to the stresses required of the airframe.
