Cowboy
Bounty Hunters
"Hello to all the 300,000 bounty hunters in the system. How ya'll doin'?!
It's time for Big Shot! The show all about current bounties!
Who's up this week?"
After the mass migration to other planets following the Gate Incident, crime sky-rocketed. The police now have very little authority in the solar system. To help suppress the rising crime rate, the Inter Solar System Police brought back the bounty system of the Old West. Independent vigilantes could capture criminals for large amounts of money as long as they submit the bounty heads to the police alive. A new generation of bounty hunters were born. People referred to them as Cowboys... Spending their days hunting down bounty heads for big cash, Cowboys come from all walks of life. Many of them having once been former cops, soldiers, or even syndicate hitters. It sounds good to call the bounty-hunting job a "freelance" job but all that means is that they're self-employed. When they have no bounties to chase, they often have no money at all. Free to do or go as they wish, they are often the most versatile of the character roletypes.

![]() "The fact that you'd plant a bomb here today was easy for ME to figure out after calculating YOUR criminal cycles. What is the basis of my theory? That is my gut instinct. Yes, INSPIRATION! Yes! I don't worry about things like that! Once I set my mind on something, I can see NOTHING else! So why am I a bounty hunter? Why, Let's see... BECAUSE it suits me. That feeling a cowboy gets when he corners a bull! You can just call me Wyatt Earp."
![]() "Look at my eyes. One of them is a fake, because I lost it in an accident. Since then, I have been seeing the past in one eye, and the present in the other. I'm just watching a dream that I can't wake up from. Whatever happens, happens."
